Service Description

massage detailed to your body, your specific needs and your requests. It can include all or one of the following modalities. Swedish, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Structural Alignment -including both passive and active stretches and exercises on the table. A CC or debit card as well as an active Driver's License will be kept on file to hold your appointment but not charged. You will be charged in full on that CC for cancellations or reschedules outside of a 24-hour window unless its an emergency or you have fallen ill. Please plan accordingly. You may cancel or reschedule any time before the 24 hr mark. Please show up 10 min before your scheduled time to fill out paperwork if you are a new client. Please show up on time so you can receive the full benefit of your massage.
